This is our 3rd installment of the topic surrounding "Human-Centered Design." Our panelists have educated our attendees on what it is and thinking beyond the user experience, now we bring them back to discuss how to innovate using HCD and how we can implement it in the workplace!
The term "innovation" is one of the latest marketing buzzwords that is used so often and for so many different concepts that it's meaning is almost completely lost today.
However, did you know that there are people and organizations who specialize in helping businesses innovate? These people use innovation methodologies and frameworks, collectively known as Human Centered Design (HCD), or Design Thinking, to build creative and effective solutions.
We're not talking about high-level or abstract theories; we mean real-world technical innovation shown by some of the most successful companies in the world.
HCD is a collection of practical, hands-on, techniques & processes to help understand, design, and build solutions to solve problems in a more complete and creative manner. Even better, these techniques are meant to be used by everyone; not just those who consider themselves "creative".
Come join us for a very thought-provoking event that just might change how you look at the world, how you define problems, and how you develop solutions.
